9000 year old wine from Jiahu City has been released

On April 24th, a reporter from Huaxia Wine News learned from the "Touching My Heart, Nine Thousand Years" and Jiahu City 9000 Year Old Wine Academic Seminar held in Beijing that the ancient wine of Jiahu culture, which had undergone years of academic exploration, has finally been "restored". Modern people can also have the opportunity to taste the "taste" of ancient wine from 9000 years ago.
Archaeological data shows that in the 1980s, Chinese archaeologists discovered some sediment on pottery fragments dating back about 9000 years when excavating the Jiahu Village site in Wuyang County, Henan Province.
From 1999 to 2004, Professor Zhang Juzhong from the Department of Archaeology at the University of Science and Technology of China, who led the excavation of the Jiahu site, collaborated with domestic and foreign experts such as archaeologist Patrick McGovern from the University of Pennsylvania to conduct collaborative research on the residues left on the unearthed pottery fragments.
In December 2004, they publicly published their research findings on "Fermented beverages of pre - and proto historical China" in the Journal of the National Academy of Sciences in the United States. They believed that this was the world's oldest alcoholic beverage pioneered by the Chinese people, which fully demonstrates that the ancient people of Jiahu City had already mastered mature brewing techniques 9000 years ago.
Recently, experts and scholars of Chinese Baijiu spent a lot of time to break the brewing "password" of the 9000 year old ancient wine of Jiahu City, and launched the 9000 year old ancient wine of Jiahu City according to the ancient wine formula. At present, this 9000 year old Jiahu City liquor is positioned as an outstanding representative of elite smart drinks.
