On August 26th, the founding ceremony of the Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association was held. Zhang Ming, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wei Qikai, Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference, Zhao Fumei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the County Government, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, Wang Zhiming, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Huang Changhong, Vice Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mao Zuxin, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changjiang Zhengyong, Director of the Management Committee of the Sand and Technological Development Zone and Deputy County Cadre of the County Political Consultative Conference, Li Wenjun, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Zhang Ming, on behalf of the county party committee and government, warmly congratulated the establishment of the Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association, the convening of the first general meeting of the association's members, and the election of the association's leadership. He pointed out that the establishment of Jinsha County Wine Industry Association is the practical need for the development of Baijiu industry clusters in the county, and is a major decision of the county party committee and the county government to promote the high-quality development of Jinsha sauce wine industry. The convening of the first member conference of the Jinsha County Wine Industry Association marks a leap forward in the high-quality development of the Jinsha sauce wine industry, opening a new journey of standardized operation, cluster development, production area construction, and research and development innovation.
Zhang Ming emphasized that the Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association should prioritize serving government decision-making, and actively provide opinions and suggestions on industry management, industry planning, policy documents, and other aspects to government departments based on investigation and research. We should take serving enterprises as our foundation, make every effort to solve problems for member enterprises, provide suggestions for their development, organize exchanges among enterprises, encourage win-win cooperation, promote the application of new processes, technologies, equipment, and materials, and explore new resources. We should take the service industry as the main line, continuously improve the industry standard system, promote the integration and development of upstream and downstream industries, conduct in-depth research on the development direction of the industry, promote the effective integration of the entire sauce and liquor industry chain, and comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of the "mellow sauce aroma and Jinsha flavor" public brand.

 

The first general meeting of the first session of the Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association voted to pass the draft articles of association of the Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association in Guizhou Province; Draft of the Collection Standards and Management Measures for Membership Fees of the Wine Industry Association in Jinsha County, Guizhou Province; Draft Election Measures for the Wine Industry Association of Jinsha County, Guizhou Province.

The general meeting elected the President, Vice President, Chairman, Supervisor, Secretary General, and Director of the Guizhou Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association. Li Wenjun was elected as the first president of the Jinsha County Liquor Industry Association.
Li Wenjun stated that the Jinsha County Wine Industry Association will unite and lead all member units, under the coordination of the county party committee and government, to strive to improve the quality of sauce wine in the Jinsha production area, strengthen and expand the brand of sauce wine, comprehensively enhance the core competitiveness of "mellow sauce aroma and Jinsha flavor", and make contributions to promoting the high-quality development of the Jinsha sauce wine industry.
The county party committee and the county government attach great importance to the development of the sauce and wine industry, and set up a leading group for the high-quality development of the sauce and wine industry led by the main leaders of the county party committee and the county government to promote the high-quality development of the sauce and wine industry. In the past five years, the production of finished liquor above designated size in the county has increased from 5800 kiloliters to 18000 kiloliters in 2022, the total industrial output value has increased from 866 million yuan to 3.879 billion yuan in 2022, and tax revenue has increased from 84 million yuan to 1.236 billion yuan in 2022.
